Light soy sauce
JAS special grade (honjozo) light soy sauce, our standard product.
Full-fledged light-mouthed soy sauce, which is made by carefully fermenting and aging the carefully selected ingredients and putting the taste together with sweet sake.
It has a gentle and light fragrance, and makes the best use of the original taste and color of the dashi taste and ingredients.
A small amount of it will give you a firm taste, so please use it sparingly.
